Mystique Homes Inc. is based out of League City, Texas and most of our projects are done within
Galveston, Brazoria, and Harris Counties. We are not limited to these areas though, and we our always
hoping to expand into new areas throughout Texas. We can custom build your home in one of our preferred
lots or we can work with you in a lot of your choice. If you haven’t selected a location yet, Mystique
Homes Inc. will work with you to find the perfect location. As we said, we've been at this for a while
now and we know what to look for when selecting a lot to make sure you get the exact home you
desire.Mystique Homes Inc. will build your home in a quality manor following all applicable building codes in your area. We are also a registered builder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission. We use independent engineers in addition to the inspectors to ensure your foundation, framing, roof, and the final construction stage are all completely safe.
10 Year Home Warranty
All homebuilders in Texas will offer you a 10-year structural warranty, it's legally required for them to do so. But you have no protection if that builder were to go out of business or was otherwise unable to pay your claim. Mystique Homes goes beyond the state requirement and provides a 10-year warranty through Your American eWarranty so you know your home is protected even if something were to happen to us.We are very proud of the work we create here at Mystique Homes Inc. and we think you'll like it too!
